Terms & Conditions Agreement

To be an authorized affiliate of First Global Treasury, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the First Global Treasury service as an affiliate. By signing up for the First Global Treasury affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. GENERAL In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "the Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refers to First Global Treasury Program trading as �First Global Treasury Services Ltd� and our website: www.firstglobaltreasury.com AFFILIATE CENTRE Once you have been accepted into the program, you will receive an Affiliate centre URL, unique username, password, and tracking code. From the Affiliate Centre you can login, download banners, text links, monitor stats etc. COMMISSIONS You will receive commissions from orders placed through your Affiliate Site. For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product or service that is ordered. The commission structure is as follows: FIRST TIER Affiliates receives 25% on the sale of the following: Personal Treasury Account Corporate Treasury Account Offshore Business Drive Corporate Payment System Panama Corporation Panama Foundation Ultimate Panama Package Mobile Business Package Bullet-proof Panama Package Contracts SECOND TIER You can Sign up affiliates and benefit from the second tier commission (sales only) of 5% All Affiliates need to sell a minimum of 12 accounts per annum to stay active, and within the program. PRICES Prices are correct on our website at all times, so any commission paid will be calculated on the price actually paid by the customer. PAYMENT As a First Global Treasury Affiliate you earn commissions on sales of products or services: Your commission on sales (1st Tier= 25% 2nd Tier= 5%) is calculated and paid monthly. Your default payment settings are for payment monthly via bank transfer (cost of bank charges) with a minimum of $5 payout. If you do not reach this amount in any particular month, then the commissions will be deferred to the next month. IMPORTANT: If you set up a First Global Treasury account, then we can pay your sales commissions into your account weekly (without any bank charges). ORDER FULLFILMENT First Global Treasury will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on the Affiliate Site. CUSTOMERS: Customers who purchase our products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of First Global Treasury. Accordingly, all First Global Treasury rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. QUALIFYINF SITES First Global Treasury reserve the right not to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that Do Not Qualify for the First Global Treasury Affiliate Program include sites which: � promote sexually explicit materials � promote violence � promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age � promote illegal activities � violate intellectual property rights UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL or SPAM First Global Treasuryin no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the First Global Treasury Affiliate Program, with no refund. Bottom line: If you spam you're out! RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES We are both independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement. DISCLAIMERS First Global Treasury makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. By submitting the Affiliate Order form, you acknowledge that you have read this entire agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
