All refunds and returns are at the discretion of First Global Treasury Services Ltd
Products
Refunds for products are normally granted as long as the products are returned unused, in original condition and packaging. In the case of a refund being granted any shipping costs incurred by First Global Treasury Services Ltd will be deducted.
Defective Products
If we supply a product that is found defective, then we will happily replace the product as soon as we can establish the fault, and have the product returned to us.
Services
We cannot offer refunds for services such as Company Formation. Once we have received an order with the payment, we immediately start the incorporation process and thus incur costs, for this reason we will not be able to refund your payment.
If you have ordered and paid for a specific service, but cancel before we occur any costs, First Global Treasury Services Ltd may offer you a suitable replacement service or offer a full refund at the discretion of the management of First Global Treasury Services Ltd.

· Purchase No
· Date of Purchase
· The Product/Service you wish to return/Refund
· Your Delivery Address if different from billing address
A First Global Treasury customer service advisor will then contact you within 24 hours either via email or telephone.
