Global-Pay is a payment method developed by First Global Treasury. We give you exactly what you want a fast, reliable, flexible and easy way to pay your daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual bills such as car insurance, internet services, telephone, cable, insurance providers, fitness clubs, utilities, charities, sports and entertainment, magazines, toll highways, mortgages, leases, credit cards, membership fees, alimony or family support, charitable donations, employees and the list goes on
With the ease and convenience of Global-Pay, you have no cheques to write, no stamps to buy, no due dates to keep track of, and easier, faster bookkeeping as it is recorded directly to your online statements. We try to simplify the bill paying process and save you valuable time better spent doing other things. The pre-authorized amount can be fixed, like a monthly newspaper subscription, or fluctuate, like a phone bill it depends on the terms of the agreement you have with your supplier. Automatic bill payment may be right for you!
Many of our clients utilize the bill payment service to look after all of the onetime or recurring payments in their daily lives, allowing you to centralize your payment requirements, you simply load all payments instructions and automate them or confirm each one before it goes.
Global-Pay utilizes advanced levels of data encryption technology to ensure that your sensitive banking details are transmitted in a secure and confidential way.
Registered users click the 'New Pay Order' button to access the Payment Form and elect wire transfer or bank draft. Enter the payment details or select from the list of companies already in history, enter the total amount of your bill. Click on the 'Submit Payment Request' button to send your payment request for processing. Confirmation of your payment request will shortly be displayed on screen. To pay additional bills, simply repeat the above steps.
Payment requests made using Global-Pay are subject to authorization and clearance timescales like other payment methods. It will therefore take up to 4 working days for your payment to be received by the bill issuer. As all payments made through First Global you will be given a copy of the payment information we generate. If you have any queries regarding the status of a submitted payment request, please contact the company you have made the payment to and produce the payment information if they require confirmation it was sent. We ensure your payment is made promptly, not when it is credited.
By clicking on the 'View Payment History' button, Global-Pay allows you to view all the payment requests* that you have made on-line over the previous months allowing you to stay in touch with your finances. All transactions will also be listed in the statement of the account you elected payments to be debited from.
